These time-honored earrings are inspired by the changing moon, so clearly visible during the long winter nights.
Moons made of sterling silver are shaped and oxidized by hand, meaning that each one is individually made for you, and no two are exactly the same. The Moon is then hung on a sterling silver, hand-forged ear wire which is nickel-free and completely hypoallergenic. These earrings are extremely lightweight, weighing less than .1oz each.
All Dear Elaan jewelry is designed, sawed, filed, drilled, and forged completely by hand in our Ithaca, New York studio.

Additionally, each tree branch is sawed by hand, making them all one of a kind. Your earrings will look similar, as the design is the same, but it won’t look exactly like the ones pictured.
